Place your ham steaks on a large baking sheet. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Melt the butter in a microwave safe dish for approximately 15 seconds.
Stir in the dijon, brown sugar, maple syrup and worcestershire sauce until you have a smooth glaze. Spread half of the glaze on both steaks.
Bake for approximately 20 minutes. Remove and spread on the remaining glaze. Continue to cook for another 10-15 minutes until you get a light browning on the top.
