Peel and chop carrots into large chunks. Could half potatoes and add in there too. Slice onions into thick slices. Put all into bottom of pressure cooker.
Pour in water and Worcestershire sauce. Put trivet on top and lay frozen steaks on top of that. Sprinkle with dry rub or seasonings of choice.
Seal lid and steam valve. cook on high pressure for 15 minutes with a 4 minute natural release, then release rest of steam.
Lift out meat, drain water and enjoy with veggies on the side.
