Instructions
Place frozen roast in a slow cooker. Add cup of broth on the top.
In a small bowl combine all the seasonings, then sprinkle on top of meat.
Cook on high for 6 hours. If you want to add vegetables, add them 1 hour before the end of the cook time.
Use a fork to check if potatoes and carrots are tender to your liking and meat is fork tender. Remove meat, allow to rest for 5 minutes, then shred and serve.
