Fluffy crockpot baked potatoes in foil are the best side dish or loaded up as dinner tonight! If you're wondering how to make potatoes in a slow cooker this is it!
Wash and dry potatoes well. Rub a generous amount of olive oil on each one and place in the middle of a piece of aluminum foil. Sprinkle sea salt on top and bottom. Wrap up.
Put them into your slow cooker with the largest potatoes on bottom of crockpot. Stack the rest of them so they are overlapping the least amount.
Set slow cooker to low for 5 hours or high for 3 hours or until a knife slides thru the middle easily telling you they are tender. Unwrap and enjoy stuffed with fixings.
If you want the skins crispy set oven to boiler or preheat air fryer to 400 F. Unwrap, spray outsides with olive oil and sprinkle on a bit more salt. Broil for 2-3 minutes or air fry for 4 turning halfway until crispy.
