ground beef
or turkey

onion
diced

tomatoes

chicken broth
or vegetable broth for vegetarian, use more if you want it thinner

peeled, sliced into dials (if using canned veggies use 2 drained instead of fresh)

celery
cut into large bite size chunks

can use frozen

remove kernels
Instructions
Slice vegetables, and brown meat on stovetop. If using canned veggies, drain 2 cans and use those instead of fresh or 1 large bag of frozen mixed.
Add all ingredients into your slow cooker and stir well. Set to low and cook for 6 hours or high for 2.5 hrs and serve!
