Chocolate Mayonnaise Cake

Equipment

1 microwave
1 large mug or silicone 9 inch baking pan

Ingredients

1 box cake mix chocolate
1 c mayonnaise
2 eggs
1 1/4 c water
Jello Pudding Frosting
1 tub Cool Whip defrosted
1 box instant pudding

Instructions

in a Mug - In a bowl combine all ingredients together. Spray inside of a mug with non stick spray. Spoon in batter so it is 1/3 way full (more will overflow). Microwave for 1 minutes and enjoy.
in 8 inch Cake Pans - Make batter as directed. Spray inside of microwave safe cake pan with non stick spray and pour 1/2 of batter inside. Microwave for 7-8 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean in the center. Then bake the other half to make 2 layers.
in Oven - Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and bake in a greased or lined 9x13" pan for 30-35 minutes or until toothpick in middle comes out moist with just crumbs attached.

Jello Pudding Frosting

Whisk together one box instant pudding mix with tub of defrosted whipped topping (10 oz). Spoon into freezer bag, seal, snip off edge and pipe on to the top once cooled.
