Put sliced carrots on paper towels to dry, roll up well to absorb all the moisture on the outsides. Pour into a baggie with oil and toss to coat.
In a bowl or plate add flour, salt, garlic powder, thyme, onion powder and mix.
Working one at a time, take out a carrot, roll around in flour mixture and then into the preheated air fryer basket that has been sprayed with non stick spray.
Fill basket without overlapping pieces. Spray lightly with olive oil spray.
Cook for 12 minutes flipping them over halfway through. Remove, season with sea salt and parmesan and serve.
