Brownie Waffles Recipe

Fudge brownie waffles are easy to make for breakfast or dessert. A chocolate waffle with only a few ingredients is always a hit.

Equipment

  • 1 waffle iron

Ingredients

  • 1 box brownie mix PLUS ingredients listed on the back to make batter.
  • 1 large egg add an extra egg to the batter

Instructions

  • Mix together ingredients listed on the back of your brownie mix box. Then add 1 more egg and fold it in.
  • Heat your waffle iron. When hot spray with non stick spray and immediately pour in your batter, about 1/3 cup worked well with ours for each one.
  • Close and wait until outsides are browned, they have puffed up where lid has risen about 1/2" and middle is cooked thru, about 3 minutes depending on your machine and size.
  • Remove and enjoy!!
