Bourbon Glazed Ham

ham
bone in, cooked

brown sugar
1/4
c
bourbon
or other liquid

tbsp
molasses

tbsp
ground mustard
ground, dry
Instructions
Preheat oven to 325 degrees F
Place ham on a rack inside a roasting pan. Brush top with 2 tbsp of bourbon or liquid of your choice
Bake for 2 hours
In a bowl stir together brown sugar, molasses, ground mustard and remaining bourbon.
Remove ham from oven and brush this mixture over the top of your ham.
Return to the oven and bake for another 30 minutes or until it is 140 degrees F internally.
Allow meat to rest for 15 minutes before slicing.
