Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Lightly spray inside of 9x5" loaf pan or line with parchment paper.
Mash bananas. In a bowl combine all other ingredients for bread other than Bisquick. Fold in bananas and then mix in bisquick until you get a semi smooth batter.
In a small bowl use the back of a fork to mix together streusel topping until crumbly.
Pour 1/2 of your batter into loaf pan and then sprinkle half streusel. Pour remaining half of batter on top followed by remaining streusel.
Bake for 45-55 minutes or until top is light browned and middle is no longer wet with just crumbs attached to toothpick.
Allow to cool in pan on cooling rack for 10 minutes, then slide out and place on cooling rack until cooled, then slice.

Bisquick Banana Bread Muffins
If you want to make muffins fill muffin cups 3/4 of the way full and bake for 18-20 minutes or until top springs back when touched gently on top.
