Preheat oven to 425 and lightly grease a baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray. Set aside.
In a mixing bowl, add baking mix and cheese and mix well. Stir in milk and mix until combined. Using a 2 tablespoon portion scoop, scoop batter onto prepared baking sheet, keeping the biscuits about 2" apart.
Bake 8-10 minutes or until bottom is golden brown. Remove from oven and mix together melted butter and spices. Using a pastry brush, generously brush the biscuits with butter and serve immediately.
