1candiced tomatoesfollowing is to make the sauce, you can use 1 jar spaghetti sauce instead
1tspapple cider vinegar
1/4tsppaprika
1/4tspgranulated garlic
1/4tspthyme
1/4tspcoriander
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 370F. In a saucepan, sauté the onion in oil for 5 minutes. Add diced tomatoes into a saucepan. Add spices, apple cider vinegar and thyme. Stir and simmer for 5-7 minutes to make the sauce. (or use 1 jar of spaghetti sauce instead)
* If you want a layer of meat too, brown in a skillet, drain and set aside. Add this layer on top of sauce layer.
Brush the bottom of a 9" x 13" casserole dish with tomato sauce. Top with frozen ravioli. Top with mixed cheddar and mozzarella.
Top with the tomato sauce again and then the ravioli layer. Sprinkle with the remaining cheddar and mozzarella, cover dish with foil.
Place the baking dish in the oven and bake for 25-30 minutes. Remove foil after 10 minutes so top of cheese can brown the rest of the time.
When browned on the top remove and sit for 15 minutes before slicing and serving.
