Wash, peel and slice potato(es) into wedges. Lay on paper towels to dry outsides. Put into a bowl and drizzle with olive oil with seasonings and toss to coat.
Preheat air fryer to 350 degrees F. for 5 minutes. Add potatoes, spread out into a single layer and cook for 15-20 minutes (shaking basket halfway thru) or until they are fork tender.
