Ingredients
1spaghetti squashcut in half with seeds removed
1/2tspgarlic salt
1/4cparmesan cheesegrated, optional
olive oil spray
Instructions
Slice squash in half lengthwise. Use a spoon to remove the seeds only inside the center of each half.
Preheat air fryer to 350 F for 5 minutes, then put both halves inside with open side facing up. Sprinkle with salt and pepper if desired. Spray with olive oil spray on top and inside center so it's nice and moist.
Close basket and cook for 25-30 minutes or until it is fork tender. 2 minutes before done you can sprinkle with garlic salt and parmesan cheese and allow to melt.
Use a fork to scrape out middle "noodles" and enjoy.
