Ingredients
4large potatoes
4tbspolive oil
1tspsalt
1/2tsppepper
1tspgarlic powder
2tbspparsleyfresh, diced, optional
1/4cparmesan cheeseshredded, optional
Instructions
Wash potatoes, pat dry with paper towels to remove as much moisture from the outside so they crisp well, then slice into 8 pieces/wedges each. Press down with paper towels again.
Put cut potatoes in a bowl with all other ingredients, mix together so they're coated.
Put into air fryer basket, without overlapping each other too much or make in 2 batches if needed.
Air fry for 15 minutes at 400 degrees, shake basket every 5 minutes for best/crispiest results.
