Ingredients

whole
acorn squash
cut into slices

pinch
salt
more when done to taste

tsp
olive oil
or avocado oil

tbsp
parsley
chopped
Instructions
Slice the acorn squash into disks. Remove any of the seeds.
Place into air fryer without overlapping and brush olive oil on top, or use spray. Sprinkle salt and pepper on top.
Air fry for 10-12 minutes at 350 F. or as long as it takes to get as fork tender as you'd like.
Garnish with diced parsley.
