1tspTobasco Sauceor more depending on heat level desired
3Avocados
1csour cream
1 cchunky salsa
3/4colivessliced
1pizza crustpremade or homemade, cooked and cooled
1.5crefried beans
1/2cgreen onionsdiced
1ccheeseMexican blend shredded is best
Instructions
Get your pizza crust ready. I buy premade and warm / lightly brown in the oven for 5 minutes but you can make homemade as well and cook it until lightly browned.
Spread a layer of refried beans on the pizza crust all the way to the edges where the crust begins.
In a bowl mash up your Avocados from Mexico, 3/4 c. chunky salsa, and TOBASCO sauce together to make your guacamole.
Spread your guacamole on top of your refried beans leaving just a little rim of beans exposed so you can see the layers.
Spoon your last 1/4 c. salsa into the center of your pizza crust.
Add a layer of sour cream (I use the one that is in a squeezable bottle at the store so I can make a pretty design).
Sprinkle on your olives, cheese, and green onions. Cut like a pizza and serve with some additional guacamole and sour cream on the side for dipping if desired!
