Upside Down Cherry Pie

Upside down cherry pie is what we call it, but it's delicious whatever you call it! Super easy cherry pie filling dessert!

Equipment

  • 1 pie pan

Ingredients

  • 3/4 c self rising flour not all purpose
  • 1 c sugar
  • 3/4 c milk
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1 can cherry pie filling

Instructions

  • Mix pie crust ingredients together.
  • Pour cherry mixture into pie pan and pour pie crust over the top bake in a preheated oven at 350 for about 36 min. or until it is light browned on top.
