No bake TikTok oatmeal bars with peanut butter and chocolate are our newest obsession. A sweet treat for breakfast or dessert, they're packed with protein.

3/4cchocolate chipsseparated, 1/2 c mixed inside, could be substituted for dried cranberries instead inside
1/2tspcoconut oil
Instructions
Mix all ingredients EXCEPT chocolate chips and coconut oil in a bowl until oats are well coated. I typically add 1 cup peanut butter and test, if it isn't coated well enough I add the remaining 1/4 cup. Stir in 1/2 c. of your chips into the mix (optional).
Line 8x8 pan with parchment paper and press mixture inside so it is the same thickness all the way across.
Put into the freezer for 15 minutes.
In a bowl pour remaining 1/4 c chocolate chips and coconut oil on top. Microwave for 1 minutes, stir and add 30 seconds if necessary until it is smooth without any chunks.
Take bars out of freezer and drizzle chocolate on to the top and freeze again for another 15 minutes.
Lift out parchment paper and use a knife to slice into 12 equal pieces. Keep in freezer when storing extras that weren't eaten immediately to keep stiff.
