Instructions
Open your can of SPAM and cut into small cubes or 6 equal slices. Begin to saute spam in a large skillet over medium heat, cooking, turning often, until all sides are caramelized and crispy.
Remove SPAM from the skillet, set aside and keep warm. Crack your eggs and whisk in a bowl if scrambled, or crack as many as will fit in the same pan as your meat cooked in (so you can use the wonderful grease it created, it will add tons of flavor to your eggs.
Cook your preferred style of eggs in the pan and then serve on top of toast or on a plate together.
