Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a bowl, mix minced meat, granulated garlic and herbs. If the minced meat does not contain salt, then add about 1/2 tsp. You can also add any spices to your taste.
Line a baking sheet with parchment and brush with olive oil. Using wet hands, form into round patties about 3 inches in diameter. Place on sheet. Bake in the oven for 10 minutes.
Turn the patties over to the other side and bake for another 20 minutes until they are browned and crispy on the outside and until insides reach 160 degrees F.
