brussel sprouts
stems removed and halved

olive oil

sugar

balsamic vinegar
salt and pepper
to taste
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Cover baking sheet with foil.
In a bowl add halved brussels with olive oil and salt and pepper. Toss to coat and then pour on to baking sheet without overlapping.
Bake for 25-30 or until tender.
In a saucepan whisk together sugar and balsamic vinegar together and heat on medium high heat until sugar dissolves.
Continue cooking until it reduces and thickens so it coats spoon, then turn off.
In a bowl toss together sauce and cooked brussels so they are coated. Can sprinkle in dried cranberries too if desired, serve.
