You can reheat the potato one of two ways; Preheat machine to 350 for 5 minutes and cook potatoes for 15 minutes, low and slow just so that the potato is reheated through and steaming hot. If you want NO crisp on the outside you could wrap in foil to prevent that.
OR preheat to 375 and reheat for 15 minutes with 1 tsp of olive oil rubbed on the outside sprinkled with salt too. Do NOT wrapped in foil for this method – this will crisp up the outside of the potato quite a bit and make it similar to a smashed potato.
