Preheat oven to 400 F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a skillet over medium high heat add olive oil. Season steak with garlic powder, salt and pepper and cook very thin slices of steak until browned, remove, set aside.
Roll out pizza dough into a 10x14" rectangle. Lay down cooked steak so it fills the area but leaving the outside 1" empty for sealing later.
Top the steak with grated cheeses to cover. Fold the sides of the dough inward, then roll from one end to the other and seal so nothing leaks out.
Lay on baking sheet with sealed end facing down. Whisk egg and brush on top.
Cut 3 slits on the top to vent and bake for 20-25 minutes or until it is golden brown. Allow to sit on pan for 5 minutes before removing to a cutting board and slicing into pieces to serve with dipping sauce.
