Peppermint Stick Stirrers
How to make peppermint stick stirrers with marshmallows and melted chocolate. A cheap and easy Christmas dessert to stir and flavor hot chocolate or coffee.

Ingredients
- 6 peppermint sticks
- 6 large marshmallows
- 1 c chocolate chips
- 1/4 tsp coconut oil
- sprinkles
Instructions
- Push a large marshmallow on to the end of each peppermint stick not allowing it to go all the way thru, about 3/4 of the way so it stays on securely.
- Add chips and coconut oil into a bowl and heat in the microwave in 30 second increments stirring in between until it is smooth.
- Hold stick and gently dip the end of each marshmallow into the melted chocolate and then lay on a piece of parchment paper.
- If you want to add sprinkles or crushed candy canes sprinkle on when wet and let the sit for at least 1 hour to cool and harden. Then enjoy.
