How to make peppermint stick stirrers with marshmallows and melted chocolate. A cheap and easy Christmas dessert to stir and flavor hot chocolate or coffee.

6peppermint sticks
6largemarshmallows
1cchocolate chips
1/4tspcoconut oil
sprinkles
Instructions
Push a large marshmallow on to the end of each peppermint stick not allowing it to go all the way thru, about 3/4 of the way so it stays on securely.
Add chips and coconut oil into a bowl and heat in the microwave in 30 second increments stirring in between until it is smooth.
Hold stick and gently dip the end of each marshmallow into the melted chocolate and then lay on a piece of parchment paper.
If you want to add sprinkles or crushed candy canes sprinkle on when wet and let the sit for at least 1 hour to cool and harden. Then enjoy.
