Mix dry ingredients in a bowl to make dry pancake mix. Separate egg yolks and whites (set whites aside in another bowl). Add the yolks to the dry pancake mix, along with milk and vanilla. Mix well.
Beat the egg whites until light and fluffy. Fold the egg whites into your pancake batter. Ladle the batter onto a griddle and cook for 2-3 minutes, or until bubbles start to form.
Flip and cook for another 2-3 minutes. Remove and serve with butter and syrup. ENJOY!
