1steak1/2 lb. each
1/4tspsalt and pepper
1/4tspcoriander
2tbspbutter
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 380 degrees F. Remove the steak from the refrigerator and let it sit on the kitchen table for 20 minutes until it comes to room temperature. Then rub it with salt mixed with pepper and coriander.
Melt 1 tablespoon of butter in a frying pan and fry the steak for 1 minute on each side.
Cover a baking dish with foil and place the steak on it. Add the remaining butter, cut into pieces, on top. Bake in the oven for another 3 minutes.
Remove from the oven, wrap it in foil and leave it on the kitchen table for another 10 minutes. Then uncover and serve it whole or cut it into pieces. You can add extra butter or sauce. The steak turns out very tender this way.
