Lime Drink
This lime drink can be made as a cocktail or non alcoholic. A copycat Starbucks lime refresher you can now make this summer drink yourself.

Ingredients

water
could substitute 1/2 cup vodka for alcoholic version
4
limes
juiced
1/4
c
mint
chopped
1/2
c
cucumber
peeled and chopped

tbsp
brown sugar

Instructions
Wash and chop mint fine, peel cucumber and cut into small cubes. Cut one lime into slices for garnish, the other 3 in half to juice.
Pour water, mint and cucumber into a container and let to sit and infuse for 15 minutes. Then squeeze 3 of your 4 limes into this mixture and stir.
Pour this mixture thru a sieve to remove large pieces. Add sweetener of choice and stir to dissolve. Divide this into two glasses for serving.
Add ice to chill with fresh mint sprig and 2 slices of fresh lime in each glass. Enjoy.
