1tubcream cheesechive and onion variety, softened, 7.5 oz
1tbsponiondiced and fresh or dry minced version
2tbspchivesor green onions, diced, optional, half folded in and half on top
Instructions
Use a mixer to blend the chive and onion cream cheese with dry ranch seasoning. Add sour cream and blend until smooth.
If you want to add fresh (will add some crunch) or dry minced onion fold those in gently with a spatula or spoon. Fold in 1 tbsp of fresh diced chives or green onions.
Best if this is refrigerated for 1 hour before serving. Top with remaining diced chives when served with chips.
