Kodiak pancake mix
power cakes

Fairlife higher protein 2% used

brown sugar

Greek yogurt
vanilla used

ripe, brown, mashed

at room temperature ideally

cinnamon

vanilla

chocolate chips
semi-sweet, optional
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375F. Line muffin pan with paper muffin liners or spray with non stick spray.
Mix together all ingredients in your bowl just until combined.
Fill muffin holes 3/4 of the way full each. Bake for 16 minutes or until you gently touch the center and it springs back.
Take out of pan and on to a cooling rack for the moistest outcome.
