Blot steaks with paper towels to remove moisture on outsides. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Line a sheet pan with non stick foil.
On a cutting board remove any fat and then slice into squares that are bite sized. Put into a bowl and toss with the olive oil. Mix together seasonings in a cup and pour on meat. Toss together so all pieces are nicely coated.
Pour on to the sheet pan in a single layer so they aren't overlapping. Bake at 400 F for 5 minutes. Then raise it to 450 degrees F for 5 minutes for medium or 6 minutes for very little pink inside. Allow to sit on pan out of oven for a few minutes and then serve.
