Preheat the oven to 380 F. If your pieces aren't already thin, but you would like them to be, place the pork chops on a cutting board. Cover each of them with a piece of plastic wrap or parchment paper. Beat with a meat mallet on both sides. The chops will become thinner and cook faster.
Mix spices, salt and breadcrumbs in a shallow bowl or plate. Roll each chop in a mixture of breadcrumbs, salt and spices. Each side of the chop must be covered.
Line a baking sheet with non stick foil or brush foil with olive oil. Lay out the chops in a single layer. Bake for 10 minutes. Flip to the other side and bake for another 5 minutes or until internal temperature is 145 F.
