Homemade Waffle

How to make homemade waffle at home that are restaurant quality! Fluffy and buttery pancakes or waffles your whole family will love.

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 3/4 c milk
  • 1/2 c vegetable oil
  • 2 c all purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 4 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  • In a mixing bowl whisk together dry ingredients. In another bowl whisk together wet ingredients.
  • Slowly incorporate dry into the wet bowl. Allow batter to rest while waffle iron is heating up.
  • Spray grates inside iron with non stick spray and pour about 3/4 c. of batter inside (typical amount, follow instructions for your machine for exact details as far as time cooking)
  • Close and allow to cook for approx 4 minutes or until outsides are browned and waffles puff up
