Instructions
Rinse pieces and dry outside skins with paper towels well, more dry they are the crispier the skin will get.
Coat each chicken leg with olive oil, making sure to cover all sides. Generously sprinkle with seasoning and season with salt and pepper too if desired.
Preheat grill to 400 degrees, or light charcoal and let them cool until they are white in color and have cooled off a bit.
Place chicken legs in the center of grate for 10 minutes, close lid. Flip chicken legs over and cook on the other side for an additional 10 minutes with lid closed, if small they may be done, larger sizes may need another flip and an additional 5 minutes.
Check and remove once the internal temperature is 165 F. in the thickest portion.
