Preheat the oven to 325 F. Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl. Add eggs, vanilla, vegetable oil. Mix everything thoroughly. It is easier to use a mixer to get the batter smooth.
Add chopped apples and nuts, fold everything together gently. Transfer the cake dough to the bundt pan. If the baking dish is silicone, you do not need to grease it. If the form is metal, grease it with butter and sprinkle it with flour.
Tap the bundt pan on the table a few times to get rid of excess air bubbles. Cover pan with foil. Put the pan in the oven.
For the first 30 minutes of baking, it should stay covered with foil so that the cake does not become too brown. Then remove the foil and bake another 25-30 minutes without foil.
Readiness can be checked with a toothpick, it should come out clean with a few moist crumbs stuck to it.
Prepare the glaze - mix milk, sugar and butter in a saucepan. Stir until sugar and butter are completely dissolved. Add flour and stir continuously with a spatula to break up any lumps. Set aside for 5-6 minutes to cool and thicken.
Apply 1/3 of the glaze on the cake immediately after baking. After 15 minutes, turn it over onto a plate or onto a wire rack. Drizzle 1/3 glaze over the now top of the bundt.
Leave the remaining 1/3 to be drizzled on to each piece when served.
