Dried Edamame Recipe
Oven roasted dried edamame is a protein packed snack everyone loves, including kids! Sprinkle with salt & enjoy in between meals & on the go.

Ingredients

cup
edamame
defrosted if frozen, removed from pods

tbsp
olive oil
1
tsp
garlic powder
1/2
cup
parmesan
shredded, optional

pinch
salt
to taste
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Pour edamame on paper towels and fold over to eliminate moisture on outsides.
Pour into a bowl and drizzle with olive oil and toss. Sprinkle on seasonings and cheese, toss to coat.
Lay down a piece of parchment paper or spray cookie sheet with non stick spray and pour on, making sure they aren't overlapping.
Bake 15-18 minutes flipping halfway thru time. Allow to cool before serving.
