Season each steak with salt and pepper. Heat frying pan over medium heat and add 1 tablespoon butter. Stir until melted. Add cube steak and season each piece with 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce.
Heat for 3-4 minutes. Flip steak, add an additional 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce per steak and heat an additional 3-4 minutes on the other side.
Remove steaks from pan and cover with a tent of foil. Gently scrape the bits out of the bottom o the pan and add remaining 2 tablespoons butter. Stir in water or broth and cook for 1-2 minutes until just boiling. Remove from heat and spoon sauce over the top of each one.
