Cooking Italian Sausage in the Oven

Ingredients

4-6 sausages fresh or frozen links
3 bell peppers sliced
1 onion sliced
2 tbsp olive oil
salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Preheat oven to 400 F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Place sausages in a single layer on the baking sheet. Set aside.
Cut and seed peppers, slice and place into a bowl with the onions. Add oil and mix well. Season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle peppers and onions around the sausage on the pan.
Bake for 20 minutes or until the internal temperature of the sausage is 160 degrees and outsides are as browned as you'd like. Remove from oven and serve immediately
