Ingredients
3/4cbuttersoftened
1egg
1/2cpowdered sugar
3/4tspvanilla
2 1/3call purpose flour
1/2tspbaking soda
1pinch salt

1tbspcinnamon
2tbspbrown sugar
2tbsppowdered sugar
Instructions
Beat the softened butter and powdered sugar together. Add egg and vanilla, whisk together.
In another bowl mix dry ingredients. Slowly incorporate into butter mixture by hand until you make a dough, do not overmix.
Very lightly flour a cutting board and roll dough out into a 1/2" thickness. Brush top with melted butter, sprinkle on filling ingredients all the way across and roll up.
Set into the fridge for 1 hour to firm up.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Slice roll of rolled dough with a sharp knife into 1/2" pieces and set on baking sheet flat.
Bake for 10 minutes and allow to cool on sheet. Enjoy as is or you can whisk together 3/4 cup of powdered sugar with enough milk to thin into a frosting and dip or drizzle on top.
