1/2tspcayenneoptional, leave out if you use spicy sausage unless you want it really hot
Instructions
Place sausage in a skillet and heat over medium heat, breaking apart and cooking until browned. Remove from heat, drain grease and let stand to cool.
Preheat oven to 350 and generously grease a 12 cup regular size muffin tin with nonstick cooking spray. Set pan aside.
Add bisquick, eggs, cheese and sausage in a bowl and mix well (add cayenne for heat if you aren't using spicy sausage).
Using a 3 tablespoon portion scoop, scoop batter into prepared muffin tins. Bake for 20-22 minutes or until cooked through and browned. Remove from oven and scoop muffins out of hot pan and set on cooling rack for a few minutes before enjoying.
