Bisquick Chocolate Chip Cookies Recipe
Bisquick chocolate chip cookies are a fast easy way to bake dessert. Add nuts to this ready made pancake mix for a fun twist on YUM.

butter
softened

brown sugar

vanilla

chocolate chips
semi sweet
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
In a bowl beat together butter, sugars, vanilla and egg. Stir in Bisquick and then fold in chocolate chips and nuts if you would like.
Spoon heaping 1 Tbsp for each cookie with space in between them on a baking sheet. Will make 12-18.
Bake for 8-10 minutes. Remove once edges are lightly browned and middle no longer looks wet. Do not overbake or they will be crispy vs. tender.
Set on cooling rack to allow to cool completely before removing.
