all purpose flour

baking powder

bananas
mashed, brown and ripe is best

Greek yogurt
dairy free, or use 2 tbsp vegetable oil instead

mini chocolate chips

Instructions
Mash the bananas in your bowl, add all other wet ingredients and combine together.
In another bowl whisk together the baking powder and flour, incorporate this with your banana mixture.
If you want to fold in chocolate chips do so now, mini works best. Heat your skillet over medium heat, add non stick spray or a bit of butter.
Use a 1/4 c measuring cup to pour in pancake batter into your pan so they are the same size.
Allow to cook until lightly browned, then flip over and brown on the other side.
Add to a plate and continue on like this until all batter is used up. Serve with slices of banana and syrup on top.
