Banana Bread in a Mug Recipe
Single serving banana bread in a mug turns out great. Served as a microwave breakfast, snack or dessert it can be made in less than 5 minutes

Instructions
Mix all ingredients together to create a batter, pour into a large mug (it will rise so use a larger cup so it doesn't overflow)
Cook in microwave for 3-4 minutes depending on wattage of machine. Check at 3 minutes with a toothpick to see if it is cooked to the middle.
