Ideally soak in our brine for 6 hours to overnight, or coat outside of each one with our turkey dry rub. Only use one of these, or plain with just salt and pepper is below.
Preheat oven to 350 F. Line baking sheet with non stick aluminum foil and lay wings on top, drizzle or brush half of your olive oil on the top. Cover tightly with another piece of non stick foil, so it doesn't stick to the skin.
Bake for 1 hour, then lift off foil and drizzle remaining olive oil over the top. (if you didn't use brine or dry rub I would sprinkle salt, pepper, garlic powder and onion powder over them all now)
Switch oven to broil and cook for another 3-4 minutes or until skin is as browned and crispy as you'd like. Remove and let rest for 5 minutes and then enjoy!
