Equipment
1 baking sheet
1 cooling rack
Ingredients
6-8hamburger pattiesmade fresh or already formed
1pinchsalt and pepper
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. If you make your own patties, form ground beef into the same size patties so they cook evenly. Sprinkle with seasonings of your choice.
Spray a cooling rack with non stick spray and set on top of a baking sheet to catch the grease. Set patties on top with a bit of space between them. Use your thumb to make a small divot in the center to prevent them from puffing up.
Alternatively if you don't have a cooling rack you can spray your oven rack itself and place a baking sheet underneath on a below rack to catch grease. (this is harder to clean)
Bake on middle rack for 20-25 minutes depending on how well done you want them to be. If you want to add slices of cheese on top add after minute 15.
