Baked Apples with Brown Sugar
Easy baked apples with brown sugar and cinnamon in your oven will be your favorite dessert or brunch item! Like slices of homemade apple pie filling without the crust, it's amazing.

apples
Fuji or Granny Smith, peeled and diced, can make half - cut all ingredients in half if you do

optional, could add chopped walnuts too
Instructions
Add all diced and peeled apples in a large bowl with all other ingredients, stir well so they're coated.
Spray a 9x13" pan with non stick spray and pour contents inside, spread out so it's even in the pan. Cover with foil.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Put pan inside and bake for 40 minutes.
Remove, take off foil, allow to cool and thicken sauce for 10 minutes before serving ideally.
