Preheat the oven to 350 F. Mix crushed almonds or pecans, dill, and 1 tbsp olive oil in a bowl. Grease the baking dish with the remaining olive oil. Lay out the salmon fillet. Salt it and sprinkle it with paprika and granulated garlic.
Top with a mixture of pecans, oil and dill. Bake in the oven for 12-18 minutes (depending on how done you'd like your fish to be).
Serve baked salmon right away. It is important not to over bake it in the oven, as this will make it dry. Our ideal cooking time to keep the very middle quite pink while the thinner ends more done is 12 minutes resting for 5 minutes.
