Air Fryer Flank Steak
Air fryer flank steak is fabulous! Marinated or using a dry rub this beef comes out tender with a little crisp on the outside.

cajun seasoning

smoked paprika

Instructions
Preheat air fryer to 400 degrees F for 5 minutes. Mix seasonings together in small dish.
Dab outside of steak with a paper towel to remove moisture. Rub seasonings all over.
Spray inside of basket with non stick spray and lay steak flat inside.
Cook for approximately 7-8 minutes depending on how well done you want it. 7 minutes will typically make a 2 lb. steak medium rare.
Allow to rest for 5 minutes and then slice against the grain and serve.
