  • 1 box cake mix we used carrot cake boxed cake + ingredients to make batter as directed

  • Pour 1.5 c water into your Ninja Foodi. Lower down a trivet, I like one with handles.
  • Prepare cake mix as directed. Spray non stick spray into your 7" bundt pan and pour your batter in, not more than 3/4 of the way full. It will fit an entire prepared box of cake.
  • Cover bundt pan with foil.
  • Put bundt pan on the trivet inside the pot.
  • Close your pressure cooker lid, one that isn't attached. Close steam valve.
  • Turn pot on, then push pressure button. Set to high for 28 minutes. When done allow steam to naturally release.
  • Then lift out pan and take off the foil immediately and allow to cool in pan.
  • Then put a plate on top and gently flip over, cake should fall out easily (that's when the non stick spray will come in handy).
  • Warm frosting and pour on top. Slice and serve.
