Cheesy Hashbrown Potatoes Crockpot
This cheesy hashbrown potatoes Crockpot style is a great breakfast side dish or brunch item for Christmas, Thanksgiving or any holiday.

- 32 oz hashbrowns cubed potato style, frozen, bagged
- 1 can cream of chicken soup 10 3/4 oz.
- 2 c cheese shredded
- 1 c sour cream
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
Instructions
- Spray inside of Crock with non stick spray. Pour all ingredients in EXCEPT 1/2 of the cheese. Gently fold together everything and close lid.
- Cook on high for 3.5 hours, then lift lid and sprinkle on remaining cheese on the top and continue cooking with lid on for 20 minutes or until that is melted.
- Serve.
